Delusional at the Kos

the guys at Decision08 have a great round up of loony-left responses to the historic and apparntly wildly successful voting in Iraq (71% turnout?!! friggin amazing). You should read the post but I will repeat one of the comments here as I thought it was rather insightful:
I really don’t understand this kind of perpetual, preening cynicism. It’s naivete tarted up as worldliness. I mean, maybe you indulge in it when you’re 18 and you don’t know anything, so you pretend you know everything. But you know, there’s a time to put away childish things…

It is a sign of maturity to admit you are wrong. GW has admitted that the administration was wrong about WMDs in Iraq. I think it is time for the left to admit that there were more than one reason for the invasion of Iraq and that the burgeoning democracy in Iraq is helping to remake the Middle East. Well?
