Moscow Doctor held accountable
My wife was just watching the Russian news on RTR and there was a story about a doctor in Moscow who was held accountable in the death of a mother and her baby. The story said this is the first time a doctor has been found to be responsible for medical malpractice in Moscow. We will post more on this story later when we get more details but we are both happy to see this. As you might know, we have our reasons.
