100 Years

So much has happened in the past 100 years. World wars one and two. The birth and death of communism. (Outside of American universities.) The radio, television, telephone, and internet have change the way humans communicate. The nuclear age with its potential for energy and terror. American society was largely agrarian 100 years ago, today about 2% of the population is dedicate to producing food.

So much progress and so much misery all pushing forward the human experience. Yet there is one thing that hasn't happened in the past one hundred years. The Cubs haven't won a world series. Congratulations losers. Don't worry, your loser fans aren't going to give up on you. Some things don't change.

Diego: And here is to 100 more!
