The 7 Laws of Leanness

I'm not sure if these laws apply to everyone but when I read them I found I have been following them most of my adult life. I don't believe there are laws that apply equally to everyone but some healthy habits don't hurt. I have one good, simple rule: KEEP MOVING. If you want to sit around all day watching football, like I do, then plan on using the bike or treadmill for 30+ minutes or go running. The result is that you earn your couch and pizza time. It is a good feeling.
